The fill port is located under the knurled cap at the front of the reservoir. Cocking the sear when filling allows for an easier, more complete fill. When fillig the rifle, be sure to cock the sear by pushing in the cocking knob, the large button at the front of the stock, under the reservoir. The fill probe that fits the Scorpion, Hornet, Lonestar will fit your Sportsman NV.Īir Guns of Arizona has them in stock. The fill probe is pretty standard for most BSA PCP rifles. Maximum fill pressure is 232 BAR (3500 PSI). I have one and am very satisfied with it. I think you will find that it is a very accurate, deceptively powerful air rifle. I did get it on a discounted price though. Actually, the package included the gun itself, some wrenches, and one or two washers. Does anybody out there has the owner manual for this rifle that he/she can e-mail me? I did not notice any gauge on it, how do you know where to stop pumping if I'm using a hand pump? Do I need the filling adaptor? This is my 1st PCP, have no experience with them at all and it looks like it will be a while before I can shoot it.
